- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pound footing beef I apply 90% lean
- i/2 cup onion finely diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 14.v ounce can diced tomatoes do not drain
- 1 1/4 cups tortilla chips crushed
- 16 ounce tin refried beans
- 1 ane/4 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Glaze a 9 inch square pan or two quart baking dish with cooking spray.
